General Terms

 

  1. Overview

SRS Distribution is excited to offer new customers a chance to win a trip to the Las Vegas Bowl through our 2025 promotional campaign. Please carefully review these terms and conditions before participating.

The promotion runs from September 15, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST to October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST.

  1. Eligibility
  • This promotion is open to new customers only, defined as individuals or businesses who open an account with SRS Distribution on or after July 1, 2025.
  • Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of SRS Distribution and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  1. Entry Mechanics
  • Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for each purchase made during the promotional period, regardless of purchase amount.
  • Purchases made online through Roof Hub will earn double entries.
  • There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn during the promotion.

  • Qualifying participants may enter the promotion without making a purchase by mailing a written entry to the address below:

    • Mailed entries must include the participant’s full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and account number (if applicable).
    • Each mailed entry will count as one (1) entry into the drawing.
    • All mailed entries must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2025, and received by November 7, 2025 to be eligible.
  1. Prize Details
  • Number of Winners: 25
  • Prize Description: Each winner will receive a trip to the Las Vegas Bowl, including transportation, accommodations (1 room), and 2 tickets to the game and Fanfest. Additional prize details, including travel dates and specific arrangements, will be communicated directly to winners upon confirmation. Airfare, meals, and expenses of a personal nature are not included.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other item.
  1. Winner Selection and Notification
  • Winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted no later than November 10, 2025.
  • Winners will be notified via email or phone using the contact information provided at the time of account creation or on the mailed entry.
  • To claim the prize, winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  1. General Disclaimers
  • SRS Distribution is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or invalid entries due to technical errors, mail delays, or any other issues outside of its control.
  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and all decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding.
  • Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability waiver, and a publicity release as a condition of receiving their prize.
  1. Privacy and Use of Data
  • By participating, you consent to SRS Distribution using your personal information for the administration of the promotion and delivery of prizes.
  • Data collected will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law or for purposes of prize fulfillment.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • SRS Distribution will not be held responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.
  • Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or additional expenses associated with the prize.
  1. Modification and Termination
  • SRS Distribution reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion in the event of technical difficulties, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its control that could compromise the integrity of the promotion.
